Refund Policy

All Refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee
 
100% Refund of Player Fees, (does not include Administration fee),
if notified in writing by and including April 1st (email sufficient to [email protected] For the Attention of the Treasurer
)

75% Refund of Player Fees, (does not include Administration fee),
if notified in writing by and including May 1st (email sufficient to [email protected] For the Attention of the Treasurer)

50% Refund of Player Fees, (does not include Administration Fee),
if notified in writing by and including June 1st (email sufficient to [email protected] For the Attention of the Treasurer)

No Refunds given after June 1st

Any refunds requested due to an injury making the player unable to play or moving to another association, will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please contact (The President of PDMBA on email [email protected])

This policy covers all players fees for each team
