There will be times when you may pay money out which is claimable. Typically claims will be in the areas of Equipment, Coaching Clinics and Concession, although there may also be other areas.

Expense Claims (Click Here) and ensure that you attach a copy of the receipt.
Simply Scan/photograph the receipt, save it and then attach to the form. If for some reason you are not in a position to do this, you must ensure that the receipt is delivered to the treasurer as soon as possible as payment cannot be made without a receipt.
If the form does not allow selection of your type of expense please indicate the details of the claim in the Detail/Comment box within the form.
