WINTER BALL SUSPENDED UNTIL AFTER JANUARY 26TH 2022 DUE TO PROVINCIAL RULES ON INDOOR SPORTS.

THE NEXT SCHEDULED WINTER BALL PRACTICE IS MONDAY JANUARY 31ST 2022 (ROOKIE/MOSQUITO).


ALL PERSONS
PRACTISING IN WINTER BALL MUST complete the registration form to allow attendance to any Winter or Fall Ball Practice whether such practices are held in or outdoors. This will allow our Organisation to safely monitor attendance and health protocols. 

As you complete Registration you will be asked to acknowledge and agree several sections including:

Those practices held indoors are subject to Grand Erie School Board and PDMBA Covid Protocol (See Below), which includes requirements to be double vaccinated unless exempted by age or other reason. If we fail to comply with the School Board Protocols our permit for the school will be withdrawn. These rules are subject to change so check into the website frequently.

Practices held in the School gym are subject to a $2 fee per person per session. All participants in the gym will wear indoor trainers.


Those Registered will be entered onto the Sportsheadz APP for the Division (Rookie, Mosquito etc) that their age qualifies them for. During the Covid Pandemic, this APP will be used to perform health checks prior to attendance and act as a contact tracing tool.

Grand Erie School Board and PDMBA Covid Protocol

A copy of the Covid 19 Proof of Vaccination or Medical or Age exemption is required.

This will mean that all patrons of the facility (12 and over) will be required to provide a Vaccine Passport
with the QR Code Visible. Both Digital and Paper copies are acceptable. Vaccine passports
without the QR code will no longer be accepted.

The vaccine passport must show a date at least 14 days prior to the date of entry of the facility.

code then you can download it from the Provincial Government's Vaccination Portal.

Age exemptions will require proof of age. A health card is acceptable.

Medical and Clinical Exemptions will require a Certificate with a QR Code - Click Here for the Portal.

Doctors Notes are NOT acceptable

Medical Exemptions issued outside of Ontario are NOT 
eligible

Proof of Photo identification is required. A health card is acceptable where a Photo ID is not available.

On attendance at the school, you will be asked further questions before being allowed to participate.
