Reminder:
THIS IS BASEBALL REGISTRATION. Port Dover Minor Baseball Association DOES NOT include T-Ball or Softball.
All Port Dover Minor Baseball players are required to wear long pants during all games and practices throughout the season. This requirement is for player safety and aligns with OBA and house league rules. Please refer to the OBA Uniform Rules for additional details.
All fees are specified within the Registration module
By registering in the Registration module and completing the electronic signature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the OBA Codes of Conduct, waivers, agreements, and consent forms displayed in the Registration module or provided via links. Registration constitutes acceptance of these codes, waivers, agreements, and consents.
Registration & Tournament Fee Information (NEW)
Registration fees consist of a Base Registration Fee, determined by the player’s age, and a Year-End Tournament / Playoff Fee of $50. The Year-End Tournament fee covers end-of-season games outside the regular season (SMBA/SCBA year-end tournaments, playdowns, or playoff series), and is non-refundable, subject to the Association’s Refund Policy.
Example:
Base Registration price for 11U = $200, Year End Tournament fee = $50
Total Registration price for 11U is $200+50=$250
Players selected for a Rep Team are required to pay an additional Rep Fee of $200, which includes a $150 base Rep fee and a $50 OBA Tournament fee. The OBA Tournament fee is subject to the Refund Policy.
Tournament fees are not new charges. These costs were previously collected by coaches at the end of the season and are now collected at registration to reduce the administrative burden on coaches.

If you do not have approval from Jumpstart or Kidsport, you will have to submit payment to PDMBA to secure your position for the 2026 Summer Season.
UNIFORM INFORMATION:

There will also be an in-person Uniform Try-On Day at the Lakewood Elementary school gym from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday March 28th. We ask you to fill out the form below and any sizing changes to the form can be made during the try-on day. Families are responsible for ensuring that the uniform sizes are correct for their child.
