This is awarded to the Coach of the Year and nominations should be submitted by parents and players and other interested parties excluding current coaches
It is difficult to specify a definitive list but the criteria will include the quality of:
- Training skills - Practices
- Game Management
- Team Management
- Interaction with Players
- Interaction with Parents
- Punctuality
- Overall Communication skills
