In June of 2016, the Ontario Legislature passed Rowan's Law; this legislation is designed to protect amateur athletes and educate coaches about the dangers of head injuries. This legislation is effective July 1st, 2019, and will impact all players, coaches, and parents.

When Registering to play, you are agreeing that, you, as a Player/Parent/Guardian, have read and understood all aspects of Rowan's Law.
Under Rowan's Law, before any player can be registered with the local association and Baseball Ontario, the player, and the parent or legal guardian of the player if the player is under 18 years of age, must review the Concussion Education Resources provided by the Province of Ontario and must review the Player Code of Conduct.
